The Canadian doctors, acting under their system, wouldn't do anything but amputate the thumb and something less-than-satisfactory to the knee. He refused
Lucky he didn't also have a migraine .... They would have 'Scalped' him ...

Canadians (that had the means) used to come down to the U.S. for treatment.
Now, with Øbozocare, they'd be better off staying home and taking their chances.

Your house should be condemned as a public health hazard!!
Really? Last year, he split his head open on an Anglican church wall... in Bedford... quite an old one...
What do you recommend?
;)
In the original incident, it was a supporting wall he clobbered his bonce on. If it hadn't been, well... the house may have condemned itself there and then and fallen down...
edit: Hope you're feeling better today, David?
Hello all :)
Please wait here. Further instructions could pile up at any time. Thank you.
Yes, I'm feeling much better today, although I can tell the hip joint is still just one wrong twist away from major pain again. I dunno, maybe going down to the basement to do laundry unkinked it a bit.
This being the day it is, I came in this morning to find BTTF II playing at the other end of the library. It ended and now III is on. III is, of course, my favorite of the trilogy. Not getting a whole lot of work done.

Well, given that you have indicated kind regards for the lad then :
- a big hug and long warm cuddle is the classic solution. Never fails in my book.
- a modest prize for every outing when he doesn't hit his head or damage property.
- fluffy headgear, or failing that something from the Star Wars franchise.
- Clumsy Chromosome Treatment ( available DownUnda by .... errr .... someone I know very well. Cheap rates I hear ... )
- third party building insurance coverage.
- if you are well cashed up then a highly mobile crew to move all buildings aside as he approaches them.
{ Note to Staff : emit invoice to AnnieT c/o UK for opinion, Wise Advice ( Recurrent Boncing ) Item 34* I think. Standard 30 day terms. }
Cheers, Mike.
* Scheduled tariff for this attendance is a bag of black jelly beans. From Harrod's if they sell them ...

We all got a laugh a few years ago when I got a notice in the mail reminding me it was time for another mammogram.
Guess they forgot I was male, not female. :-)
