Man, this place just grinds to a halt when Annie's not here. Did Chris rush to her house to hold her hand? Did Mike fly to England to treat her? (Is an Oz medical license [excuse me, licence] valid in the UK?)
I'm sure the reprobably is a reciprocity between Australia and UK.
Now if he had gotten it in say Jamaica or South America, that's a whole different story...

Ben a bit under the weather myself the last few days, a dose of novo-virus. Over the worst now, no beer for a while and plenty of water and fruit juice, as a bit dehydrated. Wouldn't have minded Annie rushing over and holding my hand!

Fair enough. To help with holding the beer in it ? These are things that good friends do : come around and prevent beer spillage. And drink any surplus, by drinking to excess no less. Priorities :-)

The dr. said I lost 10 lbs. in 3 months. She also said to stop all alcohol, but now I forget why. Something to do with a med, I think, or one of my complaints. I completely forgot to take the results of my labs from the wellness screening with me, so I'm dropping them off today. Seeing another dr. and leaving work two hours early (we can only take sick days in whole or half day increments, even though the software is perfectly capable of handling it by the quarter hour (probably by the minute if they wanted it to)).
Now hie thee to the word jumble.
