Oh. I'd forgotten that was there. I don't usually indulge them but I was suffering from a not insignificant crisis of self-pity at the time *authoritative blink* brought on by a punitive strike from an angry quarter, which had reminded me of the last time I'd felt so gross, which was par-cooking myself for Christmas.

 

So steak and all other suggestions, people ... *edge warily towards the door* are not exactly on the menu...
