Precisely so old chap. If one has some savoir-faire, one produces a large Dry Martini (shaken not stirred) and presents it to ones female companion in the privacy of the en-suite. Producing two is optional depending upon how well you have become acquainted.

Waiting for Godot & salvation :-)

Certainly sir !

*polite & expectant bartender smile*

May I interest you in some Coopers perhaps? Considered as 'more than a bit hoppy' by some, but if it is brewing residue that you're after ... :-)

*beer pull hand hovering at tap*

Cheers, Mike.

I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...

Thanks Mike, but I have a fridge full of my own homebrewed Coopers Lager very close and handy (amongst other alcoholic beverages that I make here). ;-)

Cheers.

Ale of the Gods themselves ! I cannot surpass that. You are already perfectly served with the golden liquid.

Well I've been homebrewing

Well I've been homebrewing for over 25yrs now Mike and why should I buy a carton of beer when for the same price I can make 6 cartons. :-D

But please do get up off your knees as there's no need to get them dirty or sore. :-O

Now what was it that I was going to do? *looks at empty schooner glass* Oh that's right, I need a refill.

Cheers.

Well I was kneeling because

Well I was kneeling because in brewing, cleanliness is next to godliness, right ? :-) :-)

Gotta have only the correct little fermentatoramagadgets in the mix. My mate Roger over the hill does the same. I have to certify his work several times a year - for health regulatory reasons of course - to ensure that the ale is in fact actually medicinal*. His pre-Xmas brewery check is coming up very soon for that matter. I hear he is right into the hoppier versions this year.

Cheers, Mike.

* ... if it is non-lethal it passes. To wit I am then able to sign off on the paperwork. Indeed Roger has tried several times to get me to sign before tasting .....

Yes, cleanliness is the main

Yes, cleanliness is the main thing, though just the thought of kneeling makes knees ache.

Good luck with your next inspection over the hill though. ;-)

Cheers.

Mike, In case you were

Mike,

In case you were unaware, Wiggo is from Oz just like you. Perhaps, one day, the two of you can meet over Wiggo's home brew... :-)

Just a thought. :-)
