Annie, Annie, Annie. What are we going to do with you?
I have already submitted her name and story to the local Circus, they are interested but need to see Annie in person, I told them she didn't live near me and they said ....'when she's in town yada yada yada'. I'm not sure that place is a good option at this point Annie...sorry!!
I am winning though!!
Have you ever thought about joining the circus. I tried once, but they said I was too sane. I told them that it wasn't a very nice thing to say. ;-0

ME joining the circus...not a good idea, never had great balance and am now too old, even being a clown requires dexterity and balance I've never possessed.
ME joining the circus...not a good idea, never had great balance
Not even to Ringmaster standard?
*pause for a thought to pass me by*
Is it the waving your arms about?
;)
It is quiet in here. I suppose people could have come down with the flu or something :( Mike springs to mind at this point - what with the way he just lets sick people walk in and keep breathing at him.
Whatever the reason, we do miss them though.
Please wait here. Further instructions could pile up at any time. Thank you.

My neighbor had the "Carolina Crud" ,it's crusty stuff at the edge of the nose, coughing but not helping with the scratchy throat, sleeping all the time, being dehydrated, etc, etc so went to the walk-in Dr's Office, he talked to the Nurse to check in and she told him to put on a face mask covering his mouth and nose, he turned around and of the 12 other people waiting ALL of them also had face masks on!! He started laughing and coughing and hacking until his eyes watered and he thought he was going to pass out, finally he stopped coughing and settled down and took his seat. As he told us the story it was hilarious and we all started laughing too!!
Apparently the "Carolina Crud" is common where I am and it comes with the change of seasons because it's in the 70's one day then in the 20's at night then back up into the 60's or more in the afternoon again. That makes all those little germs run inside our homes to stay warm and make little germs and then we open the windows because it's nice outside etc, etc. I live just North of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on the East Coast of the US. It was in the low 30's yesterday morning but in the upper 60's yesterday afternoon, it's in the upper 30's this morning already and could hit the low's 70's today before the light rain comes and cools it off again. I don't know how long the "Crud' lasts but hopefully it quits soon so I can avoid it!! Oh and due to how many people go the "Crud' this year the local pharmacies ran out of the prescription stuff they give to treat it, so my friend had to wait 2 days to get his rx filled. As he got better though his liquid intake increased and he got much better after that. We went to watch our wives bowl 2 days after he started the rx stuff and he drank 12 ounces of water, which he said was more than he had drank in the past 3 days!!
I am now winning this game, do you feel lucky, well do ya?

I've been off work for several months. I had major right ( dominant ) hand surgery in late November, nothing sinister, but it is taking time for the nerves to return to normal function. Slow, boring & often painful. It has turned into a sort of long service leave after 30+ years of working. I just can't function as a left handed doctor*. Fortunately I have insurance for loss of earnings.
The main psychological problem is that I'm role reversed, have to do what the therapists sez etc. But I'm learning how to be a good patient. LOL :-)))
Cheers. Mike.
* I've always taken the fees with the right.
( edit ) Micro-surgeons are really cool. They use existing skin lines to get in and out, and use really tiny stitches plus endoscopes. Apart from a slight wiggle or a pucker you can hardly tell the scars. Sometime during surgery they get into the debigulator machine .......
( edit ) Good to see that you've had the human forearm removed from your left ear too ...
I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...
... and my other CPU is a Ryzen 5950X :-) Blaise Pascal

I love it when care givers become care receivers, it's often good to see the other side once in a while, especially when it's not just a short visit often seeing only the good things. It can often give them 'street credit' with pt's as they can relate personal experiences instead of just anecdotal ones. I hope your time went by very well with zero hiccups and you will be back to work very soon.
I'd have been here earlier but everyone did that: what's for dinner thing at me again like they expected me to somehow know before I'd made it.

People aren't as used to watching somebody do something with their left hand rather than their right, that's all. They think we're more...
...intrinsically dangerous than we really are. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you
;)

not... both...? ;)

Are yours all twelve? Or look like they' are? Mine were. Listening to someone who, when I was cartwheeling (and backflipping and walking on my hands to fetch the post from the box at the gate) hadn't even worked out breathing ...
*long scathe through the ages*
did smart a bit ... like them being punched would in fact, but you do have to do it :) It's the only way to do what Kathryn told you to do for a start.

Yes. From the outside looking in is more fun isn't it, Mikey? ;) Probably more so than from Mike's inside looking out perspective but, what can we do...? ;)
From a scientific point of view, the most interesting dynamics occur when potentialised-chaos meets probability factors of 1 or very nearly one on an escalating event scale exponentially affected by frustrartion. Or sudden cravings.
I've came a cropper a few times with that one.
I hope your time went by very well with zero hiccups and you will be back to work very soon.
So do I :)
I am back to my winning ways again!!
I noticed you think that... ;)
Good to see that you've had the human forearm removed from your left ear too ...
*slow blink* Thank you. It was debigulated.

Annie, Annie, Annie. What
There were opportunities for breaking into some harmonies at the point I took up suddenly-yodelling, but beyond that...
The trapeze was always my ambition :) I can't think how I never came to do it now ...
