Web: List Host ID on Pending Credit Page

Description ¶
It would be nice if the Host ID was shown on the Pending Credits page. Having the Host ID would allow you to see if a given host was having a problem instead of having to clicking on several hundred entries to determine which host is getting all the pending WUs.

Why a pending WU has anything to do with the host having a problem? It just means it returned the WU before the rest.

1) On projects using HR, many people have problems with the host not "matching up" with anyone.
2) There also appears to be a scheduler bug on one project I run (Cosmology@Home) where many WU's are not matched up with a partner, leaving them with a "pending" running against "unsent".
The change I suggested would make tracking down these types of problems easier.

This has been installed and tested over at Cosmology@Home and works nicely.
Mark all threads as read doesn't work. It only transports me to the index of the forums, but going back into any forum with unread threads, they still show as unread.

..whew!..and I thought it was just me observing this. Somebody somewhere posted something about cookies; that have anything to do with this or this guy full of ...?
I doubt it's a cookie thing as I have them allowed and it works on various other forums. Mind, the MAR function also doesn't work on the BOINC forums, so it's probably just a setting they have to allow.

David, is it possible you accidentally overwrote the beta-test page that Bernd created today? It's gone and now the previous version is shown :-(.
