Publishing will take a bit as it has to propagate to the download mirrors first.
S5GC1 PPC Apps are shipped now.
At least I could automate the hacks that I need to build the App, so there is some chance that an AltiVec enabled App could be built with reasonable effort. I'll try this when I find the time, but it's a rather low priority right now.
