Posting a random number: 203.

Even if I don't guess the number, the thread will never get there if nobody posts anything.

I know exactly what you mean!!

A few days ago I had a nasty attack of stomach cramps and the runs, so I went to the corner shop and bought some Immodium, £5 for 6 tablets. They worked OK, but I still need to tackle the last of the rear end of it (sorry about the terrible pun ...) but they had sold out. Up to the real chemist and his price was £3.50, but he showed me some LoModine capsules at £1.99.

He said the drug itself is the same in both cases, Loperamide hydrochloride, but with Immodium you are paying for fancy packaging, and their TV advertising. He said its the same across a whole range of common drugs. Nothing less than a scandal I reckon !!

We call them 'generic' drugs here in the US. I take the generic version of alot of my prescription meds, it's ALOT cheaper!!!

My humourous attempt at a reply to the above. And yes far to much gravity at work at one point thank you very much!
