        Looks like upload transfers are not going through because of handshake issues.

                If you set http_debug flag for Event Log options, you can get a lot more information about the status of your internet connection to the project.

                      None of my hosts can upload either.

                      Here is a short chunk of event log with a few of the extra items of logging enabled.  Probably this is not the interesting part.  If anyone has suggestions of which logging options might be helpful I can try them.

                        Yep same here all uploads stuck with transient HTTP errors.  Also once you reach a certain amount of stuck uploads then download stop as well.  Most my PC's are now dry or soon will be.
