Here is a short chunk of event log with a few of the extra items of logging enabled. Probably this is not the interesting part. If anyone has suggestions of which logging options might be helpful I can try them.
Yep same here all uploads stuck with transient HTTP errors. Also once you reach a certain amount of stuck uploads then download stop as well. Most my PC's are now dry or soon will be.
