That Wingman must be requesting systematically low. For every currently showing credited result on that host the final granted credit has been substantially higher than its request, and not all with the same partner, either.

That's a typical underclaim of a BOINC 4.45 CC. Here it doesn't matter because the granted credit is controlled server-side instead of client-side...
