On my Dashboard, I can see my credits and RAC but there is no graph and no projects in my list. It's been like that since I recently joined.

I'm running BonicMGR on Win10, w/raspberry pi cluster attached to project. I also have a mac running BoincMGR on the latest OSX. Please assist.

What happens if you go

What happens if you go directly to the graph image?

The URL is https://einsteinathome.org/charts/user/ + your cross project id. You can get your id from the https://einsteinathome.org/account/info/edit page.

A cause for some such

A cause for some such difficulties arises when a user is unaware of having more than one Einstein account.  In your case it seems possible you may own both of Einstein user ID 991301 and 252397.

BoincStats thinks Einstein user ID 991301 goes by the name JPyron and has been racking up points for the last 5 days.

BoincStats thinks 252397 has no points.

When I wave my mouse over your ID in this thread, 252397 is the ID I see.

Might want to try pursuing that possibility.

ok, that makes sense. I'm not

ok, that makes sense. I'm not yet sure how to correct this, but at least I know where to start. Thank you for your time and input.

252397 is my Drupal ID listed

252397 is my Drupal ID listed right below my BOINC ID of 991301 on the Credentials page. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be that way or what...

I still need help.

If you have two accounts an Admin would be the only one that MAY be able to combine, them some projects let them do that and some don't, I don't remember if Einstein does or not. Either way the best idea is to pick one and just use that log in id at every project you sign up that way your stats will be in one place. For instance I use the small email address as my name for every project now, but way back when I first started I had several I used and some of those accounts haven't been used in years now. And if you click on my name you will a list of other Projects I have or still am crunching for. I picked the account with the most credit as the one I kept crunching under, but you can pick the one you like. As you sign onto the other Projects, and crunch for them, using that same login email your list of Projects  list will grow as they sync up.

I've never understood the purpose of the two IDs - BOINC ID and Drupal ID - but everybody has this so that in itself is not the issue.

What I really don't understand is why your postings go under the name 'JPYRON' but when quoting your post in a reply (as you can see for both this reply and Mikey's) the user name gets listed as 'pi_365' for some reason.  That, in itself, suggests some sort of duplication/misconfiguration.

The JPYRON account was created on 14th March.  Is that when you first joined this project or have you had a previous account under the name pi_365?  Have you ever changed the name of your account?  I'm guessing there could be an additional pair of IDs for the pi_365 account still floating around as well.  A user can't merge accounts if there is a double up.  However, on the credentials page of an account you own, there is a link in the bottom right hand corner that says 'DELETE".  Looks like you could delete a surplus account if you knew the login details for that account.

So the first thing to do is work out if you do have two separate accounts or not and, if so, do you have the login details for both?  It's worthwhile waiting for a staff member to notice the thread and make suggestions about how to resolve the issue.  Under the old website it was possible to do a user search and get some idea about multiple accounts for the one user.  I don't know if this is possible with the current arrangements.  It's not something I've discovered how to do.

Cheers,
Gary.

Did you just wait? Or do you think it started working in response to some change that you made?

Both... I had inadvertently

Both... I had inadvertently locked myself out of the second account by changing the account email address to the same one I put on the newer account. I didn't realize what I was doing (NOOB). When I tried to delete that account I got "account already exists" message. So, I quit using the CPID from the second E@H account, and just waited. In that process I also uninstalled and reinstalled BoincMGR on the computer that harbored the second account. Making sure all boinc project accounts that got restarted were on the CPID associated with the E@H account that I wanted to keep.

Then I just waited. I suppose the system cleared the hangup? OR, someone found the error and fixed it.

I think that registering two CPID's with the same email is what caused the glitch. But I really don't know for sure.

The moral of the story... Don't cross the streams!!!
