The results of the Einstein@Home search on LIGO S4 data have been officially released on the arXiv.org e-print server. This is the first formal scientific publication resulting from the Einstein@Home project. A short public presentation of the results will be given this Sunday at the annual Spring Meeting of the American Physical Society in St. Louis.

We found that we need to split the current S5R3 run at 800 Hz frequency (read more about it in this forum thread). We are currently ~6 days away from the end of the lower half, which means that we are experiencing the usual workunit-cleanup at the end of a run, with the common raise of downlaod traffic during that time. Dial-up users may want to suspend the project for the next days.
