It's been a while that I've noticed that sometimes an E@H WU will get stuck after it reaches 100%. This has been hapenning for several versions of BOINC.
What happens is that although the E@H application has exited, BOINC still thinks that it's running, wasting a time slice.
Sometimes, pausing and resuming the WU will get it unstuck, but not always.
Here's what BoincView shows:
Project % done
Eistein@Home 100.00
LHC@home 79.78
SZTAKI Desktop Grid 2.37
Einstein@Home 42.69
Here's what top shows:
S #C %CPU TIME COMMAND
R 0 99.9 10:05 sixtrack_4.66_i
S 3 99.9 10:05 einstein_4.80_i
R 1 99.9 10:05 search_4.21_i68
S 0 0.0 3:25 boinc_4.72_i686
The system is running Linux 2.6.12-rc1 and BOINC 4.72.

WU Stuck
)
Actually, even after it finished other projects' WUs, the E@H WU is still stuck there:
S #C %CPU TIME COMMAND
S 0 99.9 205:00 einstein_4.80_i
R 1 99.9 205:00 search_4.21_i68
R 2 98.8 0:34 mfoldB125_4.29_
R 0 1.7 0:00 top
The E@H instance above is for another E@H WU.

Correction: it doesn't happen with E@H exclusively, it also happens to other projects. I just noticed it after SZTAKI as well...
