WU Download Failed

This is the first time I am running this project on my PC and I had this WU fail to download 679728727
The file that failed is einsteinbinary_BRP7_0.13_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu__BRP7-opencl-nvidia according to the log ( info below from the sched_reply XML )

Since your computer(s) is/are hidden, it is nearly impossible to find out information about your problem...
...but not entirely...
I suspect if you updated your BOINC client version from 7.9.3 to current version BOINC client 7.20.2, you might have better luck. The BRP7 tasks are very new, and I don't think your version or BOINC (7.9.3) is valid for it any more.

What information do you need that is not visible here?
Is there a post somewhere listing the requirements for the different tasks? I'm not very eager to jump through hoops for this project when my setup is working fine for other projects. There isn't a package with the newer client versions available for my current OS so I would have to build and install it manually.

Do you have a specific reason for not having your computers visible to the users of BOINC?
When your computers are hidden from view, the rest of us will not be able to help you even if they wanted to. It is not a problem having your computers shown to users of BOINC. At least I have heard of no complaints from anyone about having their computers visible. It makes it so more people can offer advice to you when you need it.

If your running an older system like Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS with kernel 4.15.0 and BOINC client version: 7.9.3, that could be why you are not getting any BRP7 tasks.
Either update your files or don't try to get BRP7.

The OS has nothing to do with the problem. Someone else today is saying they are having issues with the BRP7 downloads indicating a server issue at Einstein. There are several Einstein servers located around the world that work flows from. There could be an internet connection problem to the server.

Depends on which servers you pull the tasks from. I see that US users pull from the the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the European users pull from the Leibniz University in Hannover Germany.

The two URLs that it was trying to pull the binary from are for Syracuse and University of Wisconsin-Madison. (see first post). They both did, and still do, give a 404. It seems it was only the application binary that had an issue, so it would make sense that existing users don't see the issue because they already have it downloaded.

Yes, I just tried with a new machine and can confirm.
I'm in Australia and wondered if there might be a Hannover URL to give you but I saw exactly the same two only.
I imagine this might be related to the very recent upgrades done in Hannover so I've sent the Devs a heads-up in case they haven't noticed. Hopefully it will get fixed quickly.
EDIT: All fixed now.
