Work unit h1_0538.40_S5R2__446_S5R2c_5 has stuck at 2.19% progress for roughly the past 12 hrs. CPU usage, which I monitor with Norton is effectively zero when it's normally 99 to 100%. How do I discontinue processing this work unit so I can retrieve another? Thanks.

Just shut down BOINC and start it again. If it's still stuck, start the boinc manager GUI. On the second tab view, the buttons on the left hand side will allow you to abort the computation. A new task will then be downloaded automatically.
