hi. i am using boinc 4.35. and i have a piece of work 100% complete. it's status is: 'ready to report' and i was online,when it was finished. but it dit not report. so i wont get the credits, until it is reported. the funny thing is, that it did get a new piece of work and is working on it.

What probably happened is that your client sent a request to the scheduler as soon as the wu finished. The result had probably not completed the upload, and thus wasn't quite ready to report, but the scheduler had already assigned you a new wu to download.
Don't fear, as long as you connect before the deadline of the wu that is ready to report, it will be reported okay and you'll get the necessary credit for it.

I don't know mac at all, but there is a GUI available. You'll probably find a method in the gui to force it to report. In windows you would select the project and choose "update". Hopefully there is something similar in the mac GUI...?
Even without forcing an update, the wu can be automatically reported anytime before the deadline. At the latest, a trigger is fired to report the wu when the current time is within 24hours of the report deadline.
