If this is redundant, my apologies.
I'm running Windows 2000. Since the system went down over Memorial Day, the screensaver says Boinc is Idle, and the Project status says: "Won't get new work".
I'm not a hardcore geek, I am not overclocking, and I run Einstien@home for grins. Please take pity on an old Sailor, and keep any advice in layman's terms...

This means that the Work Scheduler thinks you have enough work in queue and so it won't ask for more work. Read how the Work scheduler works.
And just be patient, work will eventually come to you again.

Please check, if "suspend" is selected in the activities menu. Check in the projects tab, if you suspended the E@H project itself.
