Without connection to Internet

You would need to connect to upload and download work. BOINC doesn't allow WUs to be downloaded and transfered to another machine for processing.

Very sad... On my work stay some powerful computers (such as P4 HT) but no line to Internet...

Theoretically there is a way

Theoretically there is a way to do it, but i haven’t tested it my self, so try it on your on risk

If you have two computers, one with internet connection and one with out, i believe it can be done under certain conditions. The trick is to move the whole BOINC folder between the computers. This can be done by putting it on a CDRW, USB-memory, mp3 player or whatever that can hold that amount of data and is easy to move from computer to computer.

The version of BOINC must be the same on both computers.
The operating systems must be the same on both computers (windows, linux, mac os…). You may be able to get away with different versions of windows.
The path to the BOINC folder must be the same on both computers.

So hear is how you do it:

Install BOINC on your home computer. Then asked about the path to there you want to put the BOINC folder put in “c:boinc-move or something else that is easy to find.
Copy the BOINC folder to the CDRW or whatever you plan to use to move it between the computers.
Go to the Internet computer and copy the folder from the CDRW to the HD. If you use “c:\boinc-move on your home computer it must be “c:\boinc-move on the internet computer.
If you haven’t already installed BOINC on the internet computer do it now and install it to whatever BOINC suggests as long as it isn’t the same folder as you just copied to the HD.
Exit BOINC and start the BOINC in the just copied folder.
Attach to the projects you like to run.
Exit BOINC
Copy folder to CDRW
Copy folder from CDRW to home computer.
Start BOINC

Then you want to upload results/download work:

Exit BOINC
Copy folder to CDRW
Copy folder from CDRW to internet computer.
Start BOINC in folder
Connect to project
Exit BOINC
Copy folder from internet computer to CDRW
Copy folder from CDRW to home computer
Start BOINC.

Don’t forget to exit BOINC before you copy the folder.
Only run one copy of BOINC at the time on the Internet computer.
Do this often enough not to miss deadlines.
Some projects (predictor) send out work depending on processor type and operating system. Be shore that both computers would be in the same category if you crunch for projects like that.
Don’t run BOINC on home computer from the time you copy the folder to then you copy it back.

This is the basics of how it could be done. Then you understand how it can be done, you can always find ways to do it in a more practical way that suits your needs in a better way.

Then you're really interested in a subject, there is no way to avoid it. You have to read the Manual.
