I found these weird windows bugs from a blog:
- open notepad and write "Bush hid the facts" (do not write the quotes) and close the file with any name then try to open it.
- in windows you cannot create a folder named CON.
why these bugs?

Windows bugs
)
The first one is what is known as an 'Easter Egg'. That is a small program, or other effect, buried in the main program. One use for them is to prove copyright. It would be very unlikely that someone could code the same 'Easter egg' into their own program. So if a similar program is found, with the exact same 'easter egg', it would help company prove copyright. Then after a while, people enjoyed looking for them, and companies would put them in with the intent of giving people entertainment in finding them.
The second one, "CON", is also the name of the display device.
So in a command window, if you type 'Copy myfile.txt CON', the file 'myfile.txt' will be displayed in the command window. Now at one time if you named a folder, CON, you could not access it; because the system wanted to access the console. So it was made an invalid name in Windows to prevent this problem.
