I want to configure My Mac Studio so it runs the Boinc data sets when it is inactive as I did with my PC's. I just noticed that in the Bionic's Manager' simple view I do not have the tabs along the top that are on the PC version. Where might I find these controls. I don't know how to get to the Advanced view either where I recall these controls also can be found. I hope this is not a command line thing. This would be no problem on a PC but being a noob with macOS I am not going to get into that right now.

To change it to the Advanced view go up top to the View tab and click the Advanced line, if you are already using the Advanced view the Simple view is the option you can choose.

No view tab.

This mentions the controls are found in the "Dock" I am running Ventura 13.3.1 there is nothing there to do this.

The other way is SHIFT-CTRL-A from the keyboard while the Simplified View window is active.

Yes that is another way to get to Applications menu but I still cannot find anything that will take me to where I need to be. On the PC the tabs are all lined up at the top, on the Mac there is nothing to click. In the Application menu a right click is no joy either.

Well then Macs must be different than PC's. That key combination is supposed to shift from Simplified to Advanced. The A stands for Advanced in the keyboard shortcut.
Vice versa, SHIFT-CTRL
-S-V toggles Advanced View back to Simplified View."Well then Macs must be

"Well then Macs must be different than PC's" indeed they are. Incidentally I have Rosetta 2 loaded which is the version for the Apple Silicon processors. This is what is enabling Bonic Manager to run at all.
Problem solved the tabs do

Problem solved the tabs do not reside on the simple screen on macOS. instead with the application open click the BOINC Manager icon in the top upper left hand corner. This will open a tile with all of the configuration controls. Pays to ask the question with BOINC's programers on GitHub.

Good to know for future reference when a MAC user has the same problem.
Thanks!
