but validation is slow, just at another Host and we will see :)
==========
I think so looking at the WU's I've turned in already most of them haven't even been sent to anybody else yet, so I don't suppose any credit will be coming on them for awhile ...
Something I've noticed not only in my account but in other peoples account too is if one of the 3 has a real low run time & credit request but it fits the Quorum then thats what the other 2 people will get also. What their thinking is behind this I don't know other than to keep the low person from getting excessive credit, but then it hoses the 2 guys that spent a normal amount of time crunching the WU. What ever happened to taking the middle credit request of the 3 ... ??? WU ID Here
But then on the other end of the Spectrum we have this WU where the exact opposite happens, the high score was given even though a low credit request was submitted...Must be where ever the Darts hit the Board on how the Credit is given ... ;)

So far I feel like I'm paying for all the gas on this trip, I've turned in quite a few WU's in the last 3 days with really nothing to show for it, maybe my Computers are just to fast for this project ... hahaha ;) Friendly :)
Until now, we have been granting the credit claimed by the 'Canonical' result, which in our evaluation is the one closest to 'the truth'. We will probably change this in the near future, to give either the lowest claimed credit or the mean claimed credit.
Note also that a bug in app version 4.71 caused the claimed credits to be too small because the CPU time was reset each time the app restarted. This has been fixed in versions >= 4.72.

Whats the Truth, if 1 of my Computers crunches every WU in the same amount of time give or take 5-10 minutes each time & I get 80 credits one time but only 4.50 another time then your telling me my computers lying when I only get the 4.50 I take it ...

That's exactly what was the problem with Einstein 4.71 application; it only counted (credited) the time from the last switch from another project to completion of the WU. The computer isn't (wasn't) lying, it just forgot about all the work it did before that last rotation. As Bruce said, it's fixed in Einstein 4.72.
As for the quorum, I'd prefer to see a quorum of 3 results + discard low/high claimed credit. If after a while validation errors are rare and a lot of WUs need to be processed, 2 results + average credit.
What's a Quorum arond these parts

Hi PoorBoy!
nice to read you here..
try to stay calme over time and enjoy the trip.
It's a beatiful project and it offers some new dimensions for "cruncher".
You will learn the feeling of jittering for every single wu.
The respect for your clients, able to get and finish the work will grow.
Don't look to much at the pending credits, it's not healthful...*g*
Wishing much goodluck and successfully starting for all, member & crew!

The normal in other projects
)
The normal in other projects is lowest claimed if 2 results used for validation, if 3 or more remove highest & lowest and average the rest.
