With the new application einstein_S5R1, i see in the stderr out :
Detected CPU type 1

At the beginning, i thought that it would be different according my different Cpu's but not.

So what's a Cpu type 1 ?

(i'm using Amd Barton and Athlon64 with MS OS's)

It means the app has detected SSE capability. Type 0 means no SSE. Those are the only 2 possibilities at present.

With that detected SSE

With that detected SSE capibility, it uses the SSE instruction set, which is a little faster than a non-SSE processor.
