Client error means that

Client error means that something went wrong on your machine at downloading a task, crunching, uploading or reporting it. The Client state gives a hint at twhich state the problem happened. In case of the two Tasks with Client state "New" I can't say anything - the problem happened before anything was there to report. The one with Client state "Done" shows a hint in the stderr output, which indicates there is a missing file the Client expected to be there, which might be the Einstein@Home Application itself.

The machine has not reported any results during the past two days, maybe there has been done something with it that messed up the BOINC directory, the installation (change in access rights) or some other related directory ("slots" or "projects").

Open the BOINC Manager window and look for the messages tab. See if the messages from the Client give you a hint, or, if not, you may post them here for further help. Also, find out what has changed on your computer the past two days (security update?). It might be easiest to reset the Einstein@Home project (BOINC Manager Projects Tab) or to re-install BOINC (maybe uninstall it first) to get your computer to work for Einstein@Home again.

Message 34969 in response to message 34968

Bernd, he's showing the exact same behaviour on Seti. There it could still be explained as a problem with the 5.15 application, but to see the exact same message on two projects is eery.

Well, it's not surprising at all if the whole BOINC installation or at least the projects directory got broken.
