Is that for CUDA tasks only or are all tasks affected?
Check your settings for
Swap space: use at most X% of total
Memory: when computer is in use, use at most Y% of total
Memory: when computer is not in use, use at most Z% of total
Ok thanks I have changed tot 100 % and its working again. Funny because I did not change anything and still there was a problem.
With the changes set in memory, the computer again works normally.

in your Computing preferences. Perhaps you should set them (temporarily) to 100%.

Ok thanks I have changed tot 100 % and its working again. Funny because I did not change anything and still there was a problem.

You didn't, but the Gamma-ray pulsar search tasks need about three times the memory of the S6GC tasks.
