As a contact on an E@H informational page, I often get technical question results. This is one from a user that cannot login and post the question because of the issue described below. Any help would be appreciated.
"I have been working with the project since last year. I had four projects running and a project site name. However, I got a virus and the system seems to think that I am a different user with the information I would presume coming from the ping from my reinstalled programming. The system with or without the identifier will not accept that this is my user name. It continually comes back as address in use by another user. I have tried all the required upgrades but I can't remember what my password was other than what I now use if any. When I try to log on with my identifier number it states that this is already in use. Is there some corrective measure which can address this issue? Thank you for your time."

"I tried that and it didn't work. I tried the Log on with existing account. I think it may have something to do with the IP address which may have changed when I had to reinstall my system."
