There are 7 tasks displayed on my computer indicating "verdrängt". They hang around there without any progress. What does that mean? What to do?

"Verdrängt" is "Waiting to run", which means the task has been running once but got "switched out" for a task of another (project) application. That usually happens when you are attached to more projects than your host has CPUs (cores), when a task has temporarily been run in "high priority" or if you suspend a task "by hand".
You don't have to do anything. Those tasks will be finished eventually.
