I am not a Windows user, but in Linux when you have a 64-bit OS and a 32-bit app you need some compatibility libraries. Please Windows users, check this.

One of the files in the registry database had to be recovered by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful. (0x3f6) - exit code 1014 (0x3f6)
Not a clue here. That's something for the admin to check into.

It looks like your Nvidia card is the culprit. Perhaps a stuck task. Try a full reboot of the system (merely exiting BOINC & restarting it won't fix any graphics card errors).
For you too, the CUDA card looks to be the culprit. There's probably a task stuck in memory. Reboot your system.
General advice is this, when you see your GPU make lots of errors, reboot the system. Most problems with the GPU cannot be recovered from within the OS or by exiting BOINC, but require that the GPU is without power for a second. A system reboot will do just that.
Running on a system that you can't reboot nilly-willy (like a network-server)? Don't use the GPU on it to do work with.
i rebooted and still i am having problems getting new tasks:

SETI does accept uploads (even reports) and the errors you list are utterly your own fault (or that of your GPUs respectively).

I recieved 5 validate errors
I recieved 5 validate errors today so far:
http://einsteinathome.org/workunit/83901807
http://einsteinathome.org/workunit/83901921
http://einsteinathome.org/workunit/83901940
http://einsteinathome.org/workunit/83901624
http://einsteinathome.org/workunit/83927464
Is 5 validate errors a day a cause for concern? Could I have a faulty CPU?
