Hello,
My brother can´t acces to his account.
After e few years and with a new computer and Internet Provider, he can´t acces to his account for Einstein, because he dont remember his Email adress he had registered earlier.
He is in my Friendslist: KONZ Andy, is there anyone who can help us to get him acces back to einstein and his Credit? We have also his User ID when it is needed.

I sent an email to whoever sent me an email from Einstein when I changed browsers last week and they slammed the door shut and wouldn't let me in.
No amount of pasting that account number helped to do anything.
One thing you might try is fill in the email address he signed up with and then say he forgot the rest...
After I filled in my email address, don't know how it happened, but the door opened and I was welcome again. During the time I couldn't get in, Einstein kept crunching so there was no harm done.
Then again, maybe a private message to your favorite nerd might get you some help.... (I mean forum morderator)
