Upload Trouble: Error 500

One of my results won't upload, I'm always getting an error 500 or a " locked by file upload handler PID=xxx". Other WUs from the same machine upload without any problems. Any hints?

In the Boinc wiki there are these 3 pages that may shed some light on your problem. Seems to me it is a temporary problem and should correct itself after awhile.
