For about the last half hour all three of my Einstein hosts are unable to upload finished work.
Here is the message log for the first failure on my main system:

That 'transient HTTP error' is a HTTP/1.1 504 Gateway Time-out, same as we've seen many times before.
Let's hope that Bernd's automated re-connect script is still running, and that the remote upstream server is still in a fit state to receive connections.

I was getting the transient HTTP error and then I managed to clear a few.
My other uploads are now getting "[error] Error reported by file upload server: File uploads are temporarily disabled."
