Upload failures on BRP4/BRP4U

    I am getting "transient http errors" when trying to upload. Server status page says everything is working. Seems to have started around 4am Sydney time (UTC +10).

    Other projects seem to be uploading and downloading just fine.

      Im getting the same thing with BRP5's, started sometime this evening US Central time.
