I have been trying to update my e-mail address with no success. It is no longer . It should be . When I try I get the message that the address already exists but the old address still displays on my account information page. Is there a secret to getting the correct address to appear??

You seem to have multiple accounts on E@H, but different accounts must use different e-mail addresses.

OK, at least the other option still works here.
Go to http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/get_passwd.php and fill in the email address that you want to use. The authenticator key will be sent to that email address.
Next go to Your Account.
Log out.
Got to Your Account again, you'll be asked to log in.
Using the authenticator key that was sent to you in email, log in with the second option. (copy it from the email, making sure there are no leading or trailing spaces, paste it in the appropriate login box).
You'll be in the other account now.
Go to email address.
Change it to something different, it doesn't need to be an existing email address.
Save changes to the website.
Go to Your Account again, log out.
Go to your account again, log back in on the other account. (i.e. not the one you just changed the email address on).
Go to email address.
Change it to your new email address and save the changes to the web site.
Done.

Been going in circles for ~10-minutes now. All I want is in the next paragraph. I sent an e-mail via a "Science United" forum and received a reply from "BOINC Admin" further below. It appears the update was only to "Science United". Is there a single point to update all project e-mail addresses at one time? Is this not why "BOINC" and now "Science United" were created - to unify many of the admin functions? Please advise...
Please update my e-mail address from pasmith-[at]-md.metrocast.net to pasmith-[at]-atlanticbb.net. All other info remains the same. I can still receive e-mail at both addresses. Thank yoiu.

Science United and BOINC are separate platforms. Anything Science United related must be done via the Science United interface.
