My last work was never sent and when I use update nothing happens but the time to retry is 24 hours. This has been happening for six days now.
Hi KB2SYB,
You might try giving us a few more details as to what EXACTLY you are trying to get. I know that you have your computer open for the rest of of us to see, but we can't tell whether you are trying to get CPU or GPU tasks, or both, or many, or which ones. You might also mention how many tasks you are trying to run on your GPUs.
Some of the Einstein projects are running out of work, or have already done so. Also, some GPU tasks may require more video ram than the 4GB your NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 (4096MB) has, and the driver you have installed (388.43) may be too old to be of any use anymore.
As for your AMD Radeon R7 200 Series (2048MB), this has so little video ram that it may not be useful for Einstein GPU tasks (maybe one?). Milkyway doesn't have any GPU tasks anymore. The other thing I might mention is that I really can't speak for Rosetta as I have never ran it.
If you do have more questions or can respond to my inquiry, please do so. We are here to help!
I am also having a possible problem. For over 1 week when I do an update to report completed tasks and get new tasks the upload works correctly but nothing is downloaded. Is this because there are no new tasks available, or is something else wrong?

At the bottom of most Einstein pages is a link to the Server Status page which shows that right now, 6:15am EST, that there are over 4,000 FGRP5 tasks available to send out, so it's not a lack of tasks problem. What other Boinc Projects are you running on that pc? What does it say when you click 'update' in the Event Log? You can get to the Event Log thru the Boinc Manager and clicking Tools and then Event Log.

[HOST#13151891] MSG(high) Gamma-ray pulsar search #5 needs 19.07MB more disk space. You currently have 0.00 MB available and it needs 19.07 MB.
You need to free-up more disk space, or allocate more in your settings.
