I looked up, there is no any xml file in the projectdirectory of einstein
what can I do ?

Whenever it says Message from server it's something that you can't fix locally, but that has to be fixed on the server. It's sort of a warning towards you that the project has problems. Reporting it on the forums is all right.
The rest of the message talks about the request message and an unterminated XML in it. When BOINC contacts a project it does so with the use of a sched_request_*.xml file and it gets an answer from the server in the form of a sched_reply_*.xml file. These are filled with XML tags. One of them is apparently unterminated, so they started it with something like but didn't end it with
I'll forward this to one of the admins here, he may know which of the mirrors that you are trying to contact has this effect and be able to fix it.

now I have 20 completed tasks(a 8Hours 45min) to send
pitty if the work is lost, because upload fails.

what a crappy project...I'm very disappointed, how this is running
I don't use einstein for more than 1 year, now I tried the project again,
but this is no project, it is a desaster.

Sorry for the inconviniences, _heinz, but as so many others are NOT exeperiencing any problems, please consider the (very likely) possibility that it's actually your computer/your BOINC installation that is causing the probelm and not the project. The message you got from the server indicated that your computer lost some tasks, not the project (e.g. did you recover from an older system checkpoint / backup in the process of installing new drivers?). The project was just trying to "repair" and resync your BOINC task list.
