Regretfully, I find I have to uninstall Boinc. I've had problems with Norton's thinking it's a worm, fixed that, then I got a Message that read: "Message from paloduro to (My last name), date, and time", followed by "User 'root' from 'ppp-70-252-139-131 dslsmo.swbell.net' not allowed access."
This message froze on my screen, right in the middle and wouldn't let me move it. The only way around it was to shut down. I called Yahoo, my server, and the technician tells me that I need to compress files, etc., especially when discovering how ancient my computer is. I'm hoping to get better equipment, and will come back and resume the program if I do. Meanwhile, I think everything on this end will work better if I uninstall the program.
I'm wondering though, will I lose what CPU's I've accumulated?

No, just hang onto your account key, that you were sent via email. Your credits up to this point will stay in the database.
