ucf takes over Arecibo

    University of Central Florida takes over management of Arecibo in April.  It was damaged by hurricane Maria so it will/does require some TLC.  They are also going to promote Arecibo as a tourist event (attraction sounds so cheap).  This might generate additional interest in what Arecibo  is/does.
