Two B's on my screen at the same time

I obviously have done something wrong. I purchased a new computer and downloaded the einstien program which was new 4.79 and I also attached climate prediction 4.19. They were both running in the new field on the first day and then when I turned the computer on on the second day the programs were back on the old field and the new field was blank. Now every time I turn my computer on the new field comes up blank and I have to manually turn the old field on to start the crunching. How do I move the work loads to the new fields without deleting them and starting over and losing what I have crunching on my machine now? Thanks for the help.
