I am trying to add a project to my computer but the computer will not recognize my email/password and will not allow me to create a new account. What do I need to do to add projects?
Each project does have to be signed on to seperately (each have their own account). You WANT to use the same e-mail on all, so your accounts can be seen as a combined set for statistical purposes.
Some projects need you to sign on the web pages, and not through the attach to the project. They have not updated their backend enough to allow for it, or turned that feature off.
So, whatever project you are having the issue with, go to their site and read information. Maybe they are not allowing new signups?
