Mikey, I only wish you could talk to Vic over in Seti and give him some advice, he is at 434 lbs, and not improving.
It took me awhile to get to the point to do what I did, for me it was the notice my sons wife was pregnant with my first grand kid, I WANTED to be alive to see him grow up. He is now one month old and we are both doing great!! Each person has some trigger of their own that when they hit that they say 'enough is enough', those that are strong enough AND have enough support from friends and/or others make the decision to do SOMETHING about the problem.
Thanks TL, I hope it keeps working for you!!! LOTS of people have done it that way!!

I was about the same when I had bariatric surgery. It's changed my life. I down 100 pounds in about 7 months. My blood sugar and blood pressure are back in normal range. It was exciting to be able to buy clothes and have them fit rather than making me look like a snake that needed to shed its skin.
Good morning everyone :) Belated congratulations on winning the thread and a shamefully tardy hello to Kathryn.
One stressed son sent out into the world, a mum whose just finished getting out of the clothes I helped her get dressed in and back into her nightie - which looks quite nice back to front, and a cat trying to fish out the milk from my cup of coffee. Yes... I am sensing a good day ahead :)
Please wait here. Further instructions could pile up at any time. Thank you.
Good morning to you my dear friend. Oh dear me, another typical Annie day then. :-)) See if you can find a mum sitter and I'll buy you lunch.
Hey hey, two days posting on line is great, keep it up we all need it, you and us. Oooohh that seems almost profound, in a sort of er um thingy way ....
p.s. Back to front nighties are the in thing this Spring so I'm led to believe. Tell your mum she is the height of fashion :-)
Waiting for Godot & salvation :-)
Why do doctors have to practice?
You'd think they'd have got it right by now
RE: RE: I've lost over 40
Thanks Bill. :-)
@ Mikey,
CONGRATS on your determination and sticking to your plan. :-) I hope it continues working for you, like Atkins is working for me. :-)

Wow. She has a good day
Wow. She has a good day sensor. I wish I had one of those. I could leverage that to initiate my Strategic Lie In program ..... :-)
Cheers, Mike.
I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...
