Well, got a most interesting resume today. Only issue is the person is 500 miles away. Bit hard to do an interview. Hate to have someone fly in just for an interview and then say no. But not many come already certified. Punt upstairs I think.
Then the person I interviewed today, seems to have all the requirements. The issue is I think others felt threatened by them. Competent and well spoken. Not likely to put up with crap. Hum, maybe it is time to shake things up. The issue is, can our jokester employee learn to hold his tongue, or will I have a harassment suit?
Sigh.
Oh and the headaches continue. Retort #2 decided to fluff a bit off the roof. At this point just cosmetic but it will have to be watched. Then while they were doing the LOF on the backhoe they found a crack on the boom arm. That's going to be a chunk of change.

Yes it could be, they are very expensive to replace but hopefully some welding can be done to save it.

Actually we've discussed this before...they could but what's the point as they would just run the next game too. It also discourages people from posting if the same person just keeps wining and winning and winning.
