Is anyone else having problems getting their tasks to run with status "Suspended - time of day" message. I have set the time of day to run with equal settings 0:00 and 0:00 then sent an update to the progects, but the tasks will not run. I tried resetting the projects and even deleted them, but still no luck getting new tasks to run. I believe they anly run about one hour a day now.

The projects ran fine until I changed the time of day settings to not run during business hours. Then my computing needs became less demanding and I wanted to change them to donate more power, but the change back did not seem to work.

Any help or bug fix will be appreciated.

One suggestion if you are running one of the 5.8 series of clients (your computers are hidden so I can’t check). If you have set the do work between in the simple view then it creates a local preferences file which takes precedence over the options on the projects web page. You can only change it back via the options in simple view. Dave.
Edit. Second suggestion; have you set the venue of your work computers to a venue i.e. work? If so you have to change the preferences for that venue and not the general preferences as the venue preferences take precedence. Dave.

Thanks, Dave!
That did the trick. Changing the prefs in the simple view was the fix in this case. I very much appreciate your expertise and advice. I'm the kind of guy who will try lots of things before asking for help. I can see that's a mistake in this community of knowledgeable professionals.
Kindest regards,
Philip
