The boinc manager says, the process is using 1 CPU and 1 GPU. The Website tells me it is Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Perseus Arm Survey) v1.39 (BRP5-cuda32-nv270). ps tells a bit more:
ps aux | grep einst
boinc 30718 8.0 4.2 194964 65932 ? SNl 08:20 7:26 ../../projects/einstein.phys.uwm.edu/einsteinbinary_BRP5_1.39_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu__BRP5-cuda32-nv270 -i PA0008_007D1_34.bin4 -i PA0008_007D1_35.bin4 -t rand_PAS.bank.v3 -l PA0008_007D1.zap -o results.cand0 -o results.cand1 -c status.cpt -A 0.04 -P 3.0 -f 175.0 -W -z --device 0
top tells me that the process is using only the GPU (there are only a few procent CPU for this task).

On my 4 core system there is a load of 3, not 4 as one would expect, and there are around 25% of CPU idle.
It looks as the 1.39 claims one CPU but does not use it.
