I was wanting to see if we could get a rally going here for the possibility of a "Team Recruiting" or "Team Spirit" forum here on the boards.
This way, the team threads would all be localized, team members could easily communicate with each other and build commradery, and new users could browse the team forums when trying to decide which team to join, or if they should create their own team and thread.
Most of the other DC projects have this Team forum on their boards, and it works nicely.
So how bout making a Team Forum, where the teams can make their presence known......

Wouldn't that fit into "Cruncher's Corner"?

currently "the crunchers corner" seems to be where I've seen a few team threads, but there are alot of other crunching threads all mixed in there too.....Reminds me more of a "members room" or "knowledge base" sub-forum....which are full of good info too, but I just think it would be better to give a little more categorization to the boards......
Makes it alot easier to find things. And I thought making a "team recruiting" or "team spirit" topic would be a good start, and something I feel is needed.
Generally these team topics have restrictions for the forum in that the teams are limited to one active thread per team for recruiting members, chatting with fellow members, and keeping up to date on team news.
something like this for example from the FAD project forums:
http://www.find-a-drug.org.uk/forums/viewforum.php?f=11
And they have many categories or sub-forums to communicate in on the main page:

I would like to see something like this here at the Einstein boards too.
