Three days ago I had some kind of a computer crash, and had to reboot, losing some unreported EAH work in the process [sigh]. On recovery, the Boinc Statistics showed that my Host Average (on this machine) had dropped to Zero. I thought that might be a temporary glitch. But it has persisted for three days, and when I went to my EAH Account page and clicked on View Computers on This Account it showed that I now have two computers with the same name (this one), one of which has zero credits. How can I get this straightened out?

Thanks!
