Somehow the task on your computer and the list of tasks assigned to you by the server did not match so the server resent the missing tasks.
The most common reason for this is that Boinc contacts the server and asks for work, the server then assigns work and sends a reply, that reply never reach your computer and the next time your Boinc client contacts the server the discrepancy is noticed and corrected.
If it only happens one or a few times it's nothing to worry about, if it happens often then some more investigation might be in order.
The resending of lost tasks ignores "No new task", there resent anyway.

Of cause other projects with newer Boinc server software only resend work when the client asks for it, If NNT is set the client can't ask for work, and the server won't resend any lost work.
