If you get a 'signature verification' or 'md5 checksum' error, just delete the file from the project directory and it should be downloaded again (if needed).
After being crashed a number of times by "Microsoft Updates", "Microsoft Security Essentials" and other things I have had the "Status" column indicate that the files are "Corrupted" under both the "tasks" and "Transfers" tabs. When I check at sometime later the files are gone and I only show a small number of downloaded files. I have had this happen to as many as about 50 files at a time. Some of them are being processed at that time or usually being downloaded but not always. I also notice that for the next couple of days that I do not get very many W U's to process either.
