That's right, there are more /registered/ Users than /active/ hosts. "Active" means active in the past seven days, while "registered" contains all users from the beginning.
There's no such number like "active users in the past seven days" on the server status page.

I see, I thought the Users With credit would have a similar critera to Active Hosts.
