i've got Boinc 7.24.1 installed on my phone. i'm logged into einstein@home. 52 tasks are 'downloading'. projects screen says 'Transfers suspended'. i'm connected on WiFi. what could be causing the downloads to be suspended please?

... have you tried

"retry pending transfers"

under TOOLS ?

maybe a weak/unstable wifi connection ...

EDIT:

52 Tasks or 52 files that are downloading?

thank you. yes i've tried 'Retry transfers'. the tasks list just shows 'downloading'. under 'Projects>Enstein@Home 'Transfers suspended'. at the bottom 'Nothing to do Waiting for tasks...

i don't see anything in my settings that would prevent the downloads. WiFi is working. i can upload/download with other applications/browsers.

try suspend tasks, stop boinc

try suspend tasks, stop boinc and then restart boinc ...

You have probably tried that ... ?

EDIT:

52 tasks downloading

or

52 transfers ?

maybe not enough space for the files to be downloaded ??

yes i've suspended, force

yes i've suspended, force stopped (i don't see a reset). started boinc

top left there is a menu button. under 'Tasks' it shows a list of tasks that are 'downloading'. plenty of free space on the phone.

finally i tried an older version 7.22.2

success! this version downloaded, and started crunching without an issue. 7.24.1 is NOT ready for use. at least not in my case.

thank you for your time/help SAN-FERNANDO-VALLEY. :D
