Hi,
when setting up my PC again and attaching to Boinc, I got a new computer ID (shown in the computers overview), But the old one still exists. So I got 2 parallel working units on this computer. How can I get a single ID for this machine with a single working unit from a project?

Goto Your Account -> "View computers". Select the newly created host. Click "merge" and follow the instructions.

Hi Michael,

I think you should include this problem in FAQ. I had the same problem, and I bet bunch of other people do.

Dmitry.

That's beyond my power. I'm just a normal user like you.

If you can't find it on the projects website, have a look at the BOINC WIKI.
