SETI is down at the moment (for weekly scheduled maintenance). But, if you are having problems with SETI, you should contact their message boards, when their system comes back online.

There were some bad WU generated when they first rolled out the MB app. If you have one which isn't progressing normally, just abort it.
As Stick said, they are in their weekly maintenance period at the moment, so don't expect a response from the project right away.
